Exam Week: Some tips for reducing exam stress

Auto-regulation, self-management, meditation, stress reduction.  All terms which relate to how we can cope with stress.  UBC has an excellent site which assists students in understanding the usual stresses associated with scholarly studies, and has advice on methods for enhancing one’s state of mind, or reducing stress.  Take a few minutes to check it out, it will help.
